a brief history of who we are and how we got here
Vale Decorators (Liverpool) Limited was established in January 1978 by Roy Sang with a small work force of time-served tradesmen and apprentices. We were incorporated October 1979.
Due to the increasing workload, in 1993 we invested heavily in the complete Design and Build of our own office/warehouse accommodation. This was sufficient for a few short years, when in 1999 we developed the existing facility even further by more than doubling our floor space, again to cope with increasing demand and to ensure sufficient space for further growth.
On 1st July 2009 our company name was changed from Vale decorators (Liverpool) Limited to Vale Decorators UK Limited. We are continually expanding and increasingly obtaining contracts on a national basis and we felt the new name more accurately reflects our position within the painting and decorating industry.
After strategic planning the company has enjoyed a steady and prolonged growth record and now have a large competent workforce of time-served tradesmen and apprentices.
Vale always adopt the policy of working collaboratively to achieve best practice and the highest quality end result. We have extensive experience in working in partnered relationships both formal and informal. We believe that by adopting a partnering ethos to all our work is key to building successful relationships.
We believe effective communication is the key to achieving a mutually beneficial partnered relationship and in turn provide the highest quality result for all of our clients. We aim for continuous improvements throughout the life of the contract and endeavour to provide a highly professional standard of service that is mutually beneficial to all parties whilst continuing to provide value for money.
